By accessing or using RBT, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree, please do not use our services.

User Roles

• Requesters: Businesses or individuals seeking transportation services.
• Transporters: Companies or freelance drivers offering shipment solutions.

Service Scope
RBT acts solely as a marketplace and mediator. The actual transportation of goods is performed by third-party Transporters. All service agreements are formed directly between Requesters and Transporters.

User Obligations

• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
• Comply with transportation laws and regulations.
• Provide accurate shipment details.
• Settle payments on time.

Payment Terms

• Payments are securely processed via RBT would be through an authorized payment gateway from the Saudi central bank
• RBT is not liable for disputes arising outside its platform.

Platform Usage Rules
Users must not:

• Provide false or misleading information.
• Engage in fraudulent activities.
• Attempt to disrupt platform operations or security.

Limitation of Liability
RBT is not liable for:

• Transport delays, damages, or losses.
• Disputes between Requesters and Transporters.
• Any indirect or consequential damages.

Temperature Monitoring
For shipments booked with a required temperature range, RBT monitors the cargo temperature during the trip using the vehicle’s tracking device (Daleel, provided by Elm) and sends alerts when it leaves the range.

• Transporters must use vehicles with a working temperature sensor connected to Daleel and keep the cargo within the required range. Responsibility for the cargo stays with the Transporter.
• Drivers must keep the RBT app installed and signed in during the trip, allow its notifications and alarm settings, and respond to temperature alarms. When turning an alarm off, the reason given must be accurate.
• Alerts depend on the vehicle device, the mobile network and phone settings. RBT does not guarantee that every reading or alert is delivered, and is not liable for losses caused by a missed, delayed or ignored alert.
• Temperature reports are based on the readings received from the vehicle device and are provided for information.

Account Termination
RBT reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these Terms.

Modifications
RBT may update these Terms at any time. Continued platform usage indicates acceptance of revised Terms.
