• Transaction Data: Shipment orders, tracking updates, communication history.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system, network information.
• Trip and Vehicle Tracking Data: During a trip, the vehicle’s location, speed and status from the vehicle’s tracking device (Daleel, provided by Elm) and the driver app.
• Temperature Monitoring Data: For shipments with a required temperature range: cargo temperature and humidity readings from the vehicle’s device, temperature alarms and warnings, and who snoozed or turned off an alarm, when, and the reason given.

How We Use Your Information

• Facilitate and manage shipment services.
• Verify identity and ensure secure transactions.
• Account creation and management.
• Communicate updates, notifications, and offers (with consent).
• Service improvement and performance analytics.
• Monitor the temperature of temperature-controlled shipments and alert the driver and transport company when it leaves the required range (in-app alarm, push notification, SMS and email).
• Produce temperature reports and alarm history for each shipment.

• Legal compliance and dispute resolution.

   

Information Sharing

• We do not sell your data. Information may be shared with:
• Verified Transporters and Requesters.
• Third-party service providers (e.g., payment processors, data storage).
• Legal authorities if required by law.
• The transport company handling the shipment and RBT administrators: temperature readings, alarms and alarm history. Customers see the temperature of their own shipments only when the transport company chooses to share it.
• SMS and email service providers, only to deliver alerts.

Data Security
We implement robust security measures, though absolute security cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of online platforms.

Data Retention
We retain personal data as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy or as required by law. Temperature readings and alarm history are kept together with the related shipment records.

Your Rights

• Access, correct, or delete personal information.
• Opt-out of marketing communications.
• Withdraw consent for data processing.
